About
Carolina focuses her practice in Social Security Disability and SSI, but she is also well-versed in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. She understands how frustrating the waiting process can be working with the Social Security Administration, and she services her clients with care and compassion, trying to really understand their individual disabilities and circumstances.
Carolina worked for many years as a bankruptcy, workers' compensation, and Social Security paralegal for Adams Law Group prior to attending law school. This experience gave her a vast knowledge of procedure and law, as well as insight into the importance of what happens behind the scenes on a case.
Carolina's interests include reading, nature, going to movies and live theatre, and hanging out with her family. She travels whenever she can and loves to learn about different cultures, traditions, and foods.
Carolina received her B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Truman State University, and a Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is licensed in the state of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Carolina is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the National Organization for Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the J. Reuben Clark Society, and is a contributor to www.avvo.com.
Growing up in St. Charles County, Carolina attended Wentzville-Holt High School, and has chosen to raise her own family locally as well. She loves the area and is proud to serve the good people who live here.
